East Timor offers all its visitors with a lifestyle that they would cherish for the rest of their lives. Although East Timor is slightly backward in certain areas there is plenty going on that the people of East Timor enjoy in their life style. Partying is taken seriously and are often fairly highly structured which involves sacrificing a goat, dog or buffalo. In general most of the East Timorese population has a lifestyle of hard work for their survival. Infrastructure is poor, where water, electricity and basic needs are in shortage which results in most of the people having a life of poverty. The governments along with several organizations from outside are trying their level best to combat this disease of poverty and restore a greater lifestyle onto the people of East Timor.
East Timor has plenty to offer in terms of tourism where they are presently promoting in order to gain some leverage over the poverty issue. The Timorese are recognized for their richness in family values and are basically God fearing people which would make them great hosts to visitors arriving to seek an enjoyable vacation in East Timor.
